PDR Logic VIP Prize Suite
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor / Administrator
The sponsor and administrator of the PDR Logic VIP Prize Suite (the “Sweepstakes”) is G & G Paradigm, LLC d/b/a PDR Logic (“Sponsor”). Sponsor’s actual principal place of business is 41840 Muirfield Loop, Elizabeth, CO 80107. Sponsor may be contacted by mail at P.O. Box 1267, Parker, CO 80134.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on September 30, 2026. The VIP Prize Suite is promoted in connection with PDR Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada, September 25–26, 2026.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at entry. Employees, officers, owners, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor, Power PDR International, JVF Tools, and persons directly involved in administration are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter — No Monetary Consideration Required
To enter the VIP Prize Suite, complete and submit the official entry form during the Sweepstakes Period and accept these Official Sweepstakes Rules, including the disclosed contact and information-sharing terms. No purchase, payment, paid service, subscription, paid consultation, or monetary consideration is required to enter, be selected, claim a prize, or receive information about a prize. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified. All valid entries have an equal chance of selection.
5. Prizes and Odds
Four (4) prizes will be awarded. The entrant has not yet won a prize. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash redemption value. Sponsor or the applicable prize provider may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes and costs not expressly included.
6. Random Drawing and Winner Selection
On or about October 7, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries. Four (4) potential winners will be selected, one for each prize. An entrant may win no more than one prize. Selection is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified at no cost by email and/or telephone on or about October 7, 2026. A potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days after the first notification attempt. No purchase or payment is required to claim a prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected at random.
8. Required Information Sharing and Contact Consent
As a condition of submitting an entry, the entrant agrees that the contact information voluntarily provided on the entry form may be shared with PDR Logic, Power PDR International, and JVF Tools and agrees to be contacted by those participating sponsors at the email address and/or telephone number provided regarding the VIP Prize Suite and their products, services, promotions, educational opportunities, events, and business offerings, subject to applicable law. Information may include the entrant’s name, company name, email address, telephone number, and other information voluntarily submitted. By submitting an entry, the entrant also agrees that PDR Logic may contact the entrant regarding a complimentary consultation and two (2) complimentary estimate reviews. No purchase is required as a result of any such contact, and receiving or declining any offered product or service does not change the entrant’s odds of winning.
9. Communication Methods and Opt-Out
The consent in Section 8 is intended to cover ordinary sponsor communications, including email and manually initiated telephone calls, subject to applicable law. Entrants may request to stop receiving marketing communications through the applicable unsubscribe or opt-out method. These Official Sweepstakes Rules do not authorize automated marketing text messages, autodialed marketing calls, or prerecorded/artificial-voice marketing calls where separate or additional consent is required by applicable law. Any such communication method must be supported by any separately required consent before use.
10. PDR Logic Complimentary Services
PDR Logic may provide entrants a complimentary consultation and two (2) complimentary estimate reviews. These services are separate from the VIP Prize Suite prizes, do not improve odds of winning, require no purchase, have no cash redemption value, are non-transferable, and are subject to reasonable scheduling, submission, and service requirements. These two complimentary reviews are separate from the five-estimate-review prize.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify fraudulent, manipulated, automated, duplicated, or otherwise noncompliant entries. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance materially impairs its integrity or administration. If terminated early, Sponsor may select winners at random from eligible entries received before the impairment, to the extent lawful and practicable.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Power PDR International, JVF Tools, and their respective owners, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, and agents from claims arising from participation or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these Official Sweepstakes Rules waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Publicity
Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and participating prize providers to use the winner’s name, company name, likeness, photograph, and prize information for reasonable promotional purposes relating to the VIP Prize Suite without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
14. PDR Expo / Venue Disclaimer
The VIP Prize Suite Sweepstakes is independently sponsored and administered by G & G Paradigm, LLC d/b/a PDR Logic and is not sponsored, administered, endorsed by, or affiliated with PDR Expo, the event venue, or their respective owners, operators, or affiliates, unless expressly stated otherwise.
15. Governing Law
Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and will also be conducted in compliance with applicable Nevada law where promoted at the event and applicable law in other jurisdictions where entries are accepted.
16. Acceptance of Official Rules
By submitting an entry to the VIP Prize Suite, each entrant confirms that the entrant has read and agrees to these Official Sweepstakes Rules, including the required information-sharing and contact consent described in Section 8, and satisfies the eligibility requirements.
