— The Foundation —

Founded at an unlikely intersection.

A collision repair industry veteran with over thirty years of hands-on experience, and an insurance professional who spent fifteen years on the other side of the desk. Between them: a complete picture of why the gap existed, and exactly how to close it.

— The Vision —

There's a version of the PDR industry where every shop gets paid exactly what every repair is worth.

PDR Logic exists to make that version real.

— More Than An Estimating Company —

PDR Logic is a full operational partner — built for shop owners who want to grow, scale, and build something worth owning.

Accurate estimates are where we start. Where we go from there is everything else: workflow and process refinement, staff training, supplement strategy, documentation standards, and the long-term business thinking that most shops never have access to.

We work alongside you the same way a seasoned business partner would — invested in your trajectory, not just your next repair order.

— The Lineage —

Built for PDR.
Driven by results.

PDR Logic was created out of a simple observation: most PDR shops are doing great repair work — and getting paid for far less than they should be.

We are the estimating and operations division of G&G Paradigm, a firm built at the intersection of collision repair expertise and deep insurance claims knowledge. That combination gave us an edge most shops don't have access to — until now.

Between us: decades of practice in estimating, claims handling, and PDR operations. We've helped shop owners grow to multiple locations, increase average repair order values without adding staff, and build businesses they can eventually sell.

— The Mission —

To give every PDR shop access to the estimating accuracy, insurance knowledge, and operational support that used to only exist inside the largest operations in the industry.

— The Founders —

Two careers, one standard.

I.   Founding Partner

Jon T. Gerlach

Operations & Estimating

Jon T. Gerlach has spent over thirty years at the intersection of paintless dent repair, collision operations, vehicle appraisals, and post-repair inspections — and that depth shows in everything PDR Logic produces.

Having been involved in tens of thousands of repairs, Jon's command of OEM standards, insurance documentation, and repair accuracy is anything but theoretical. He has held leadership roles at top-tier repair facilities, collaborated with insurers and consumers to achieve fair claim outcomes, and built a nationwide estimating and consulting operation from the ground up. As Founding Partner of PDR Logic, he designed the entire framework around a standard he has held for three decades: precision, accountability, and zero revenue left on the table.

But for Jon, it was never just about the estimate. It was about the business behind it. He shows up for shop owners the same way he always has — invested, experienced, and focused on long-term success. His track record speaks quietly and at length.

Over thirty years.
Tens of thousands of repairs.
One standard.

II.   Founding Partner

Cody Galbraith

Claims & Client Strategy

Some professionals know the industry. Cody Galbraith has spent over fifteen years mastering it.

With a background rooted in insurance and claims management, Cody brings a rare combination of authority and operational refinement to every client relationship. His command of OEM documentation standards and insurer expectations gives PDR shops access to a level of estimating precision that most operations never find on their own. As Founding Partner of PDR Logic, he has systematically rebuilt how repair professionals approach documentation, profitability, and growth — turning what was once guesswork into an exact science.

But Cody didn't get into this business to sell a service. He got into it to change outcomes for shop owners who deserved better. He has helped repair operations increase per-vehicle revenue, scale to multiple locations, and build businesses worth selling — showing up as a partner first, and letting the results speak for themselves.

His work doesn't announce itself.
The revenue does.

The work doesn't change.
The approach does.

Everything else follows.
