1. What We Collect
When you submit the form at pdrlogic.com/begin, we receive what you choose to send: your name, shop name, telephone number, contact email, website, federal tax ID (optional), shop address, labor and material rates (optional), referral source, and any files you attach (typically insurance estimates as PDFs or images).
We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with marketing networks.
2. Why We Hold It
To respond to your inquiry, return your estimate review, and — if you choose to engage us — perform the work we do for your shop.
3. Who Sees It
Only the PDR Logic team: founders, estimating staff, and technology personnel directly involved in client delivery. Submissions are delivered via email through Resend (our email infrastructure provider) and stored in the recipient inbox and internal records.
4. How Long We Hold It
Indefinitely, unless you request deletion. We treat your shop data as a long-term professional record — the same way we treat our own.
5. Cookies & Analytics
This site does not set advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. The site uses standard browser-level storage for session continuity (such as remembering form progress). No third-party analytics service identifies you personally.
6. Your Rights
You may at any time request: a copy of the data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, or full deletion. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.
7. Children
This site is intended for shop owners and trade professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.
8. Changes
If we update this policy, the effective date above will reflect it. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in advance.
